- « Best Effort » level support : permanent monitoring, no operation outside office hours (12x5)
- « Silver » level support : permanent monitoring, only operates from 7 AM to 7 PM (12*7)
- « Gold » level support : permanent monitoring, constant operation (24x7)
This will enable Media Cloud Exchange customers to benefit from a guaranteed reactivity
which is adapted to the level of critical need
by the service outsourced and a proportional price that meets their needs.
